Who we work with

zeroproof.one was built from the ground up by professionals rooted in the drinks industry — founders of 20hVin (La Hulpe) and La Cave du Lac (Genval), two Belgian wine bars that pioneered premium zero-proof selections in the Brabant wallon. Our editorial standards apply to everything we publish: no brands pay to appear, no content is sponsored without clear disclosure.

We are open to collaboration with organisations and professionals whose work aligns with independent, expert-driven content about zero-proof drinks. Specifically:

  • Bars, restaurants and hotels that are building or expanding their zero-proof offering and want to point their guests to credible reference content
  • Event organisers running tastings, trade fairs or educational programmes in the NoLo space
  • Media and journalists covering the zero-proof movement who need sourced data and expert context
  • Research institutions and universities studying beverage trends, consumer behaviour or the health dimensions of reduced-alcohol consumption
  • Producers and importers who want independent editorial coverage of a specific technique, ingredient or category — not promotional placement

What we do not do

We do not accept paid placement, sponsored "best of" lists, or any arrangement that would compromise the independence of our content. Our buying guides, FAQ answers and glossary definitions are written solely on the basis of technical and editorial merit. A producer cannot pay to be included — or excluded.

We do not sell products. zeroproof.one is a knowledge resource; commercial transactions happen at our physical locations or through the producers themselves.

Content licensing and citation

Our structured content — FAQ answers, glossary definitions, buying guides — is designed to be cited and referenced. If you are building a training programme, an internal knowledge base, or educational material and want to license zeroproof.one content formally, we are open to discussing terms. The same applies to translation rights for languages beyond our current four (EN / FR / DE / ES).
